As some of you may or may not know, this is not my first DeviantART account. My original account is ~SeiranKaelin. As of the past few months, it has come more and more to my attention that I am a very unhappy person. It has gotten to the point to where it is affecting both my relationship and my overall outlook on life. As an attempt to help pull myself in the right direction towards a healthy life style, I have decided to focus on the things I do enjoy doing, ie singing, drawing, dancing, boxing, etc. Unfortunately, due to my current evening shift, I am unable enroll in any dance or boxing classes and my singing position with Kali Records Label has been put on hold temporarily until the manager gets control of his health condition. This leaves me to my art.

I've been saying over and over for a while now that I want to focus more on my artwork. However, as with most things in my life, I tend to put forth the effort for only a short amount of time before I'm back to square one. I've decided to create this new account as sort of stepping stone or turning point in my life style regarding my art. I chose the name SpanishDoll as it relates more closely to who I am, rather than a make belief character created years ago as a naive little girl.

With this new turn of events, I am going to need a lot of help to further my skills as an artist. I am told by many here and in my home life that I am a fairly decent artist. However, I am nowhere near where I want to be. The problem is I have no idea how to get better with each drawing I complete. All I receive from home are comments such as "That's really cool!" or "Nice, I like it." And so, I am looking for constructive criticism on each piece of work to help me further along.
